Our Board

Diana Mena is a first generation Nicaraguan American raised in Seattle, WA. Diana has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington and has over 8 years experience working with nonprofit agencies and community mental health clinics providing case management and mental health services for low income, marginalized populations, and communities of color. She is the proud owner of Esperanza Counseling & Consulting, LLC where she focuses on interpersonal violence and trauma, cross-cultural issues of identity, and the psychological consequences of oppression. She provides consultation on issues of race and social justice with the hope of leaving a better world for the next seven generations.
