Cesar Linares Estevez
Cesar was born in Toluca, Mexico, and raised in Los Angeles and Burien, Washington. Raised by a single mother, his values of family, faith, community, and education have shaped his path and purpose. Today, he serves as a Mental Health Therapist supporting youth and families in King County.
Cesar proudly wears many hats: tío, caretaker, healer, organizer, and advocate for youth and mental health. As a member of Colectiva’s Board, he’s passionate about creating meaningful impact within immigrant communities and advancing justice through advocacy, learning, and community building.
Outside of his professional and board work, Cesar enjoys spending time with loved ones, attending art and music events, reading, playing bass, doing puzzles with his niece, and taking walks with his dog, Koffy.
